When we did get to our room, the air conditioning was not working. We actually ended on on separate floor which is sad since we don't see each other very much. I had reserved 4 rooms for family members that were supposed to be beside or at least close to each other. Rooms were not ready, even though I had them booked for months and called ahead to be sure they were ready since I had a wedding rehearsal. Two people at the desk were very nice, one was super stressed and not welcoming at all. Pool and hot tub were nice, breakfast was pretty good. Overall we were not impressed with this property and would stay elsewhere if we were in the area again. In the morning, we never saw anyone at the front desk. Front desk personnel were friendly, but their attire was sloppy and, in one case, pretty skimpy. Hot food was not replenished and we never saw a breakfast room attendant. The oatmeal was runny and soupy and there were just 2 kinds of sugary dry cereal. As for breakfast – there was no orange juice, no English muffins, no yogurt, no hard-boiled eggs, no fresh fruit. And see my attached photos of holes in the curtains held together with duct tape, and the heating/air conditioning unit was also held together with duct tape – really?!!?! In the bathroom there was poor water pressure and unclean shower walls. The sheets and towels were mostly old and frayed and the pillows were ancient, flat, lumpy foam. The bedside clock wasn’t working and the lighting was quite dim. The furniture was dated and chipped, the carpeting was puckered. Aside from the lobby, which is nice, the place really needs some work.

This property is not one I would recommend.
